Service Agreement

No-Shows

It is considered a “no-show” when the client is not available at the scheduled appointment time and does not contact 1st Class Delivery to cancel or reschedule.

We reserve the right to charge 50% of the total invoice/balance due, due to the loss of revenue caused by a “no-show” or a cancellation. Please make every effort to call and cancel or reschedule when possible to avoid such situations. Charge will automatically be taken with card on file for the service.

Cancellations

In the event of inclimate weather, a family emergency or any other uncontrollable circumstance, the owner has the discretion to waive the fee within a 72-hour period.

We reserve the right to reschedule a service if we feel the need to do so. Every effort will be made to reschedule at a time convenient for both the client and 1st Class Delivery.
In the event of a service cancellation, there will be a 50% cancellation fee which equals 50% of the total value of the trip in lost revenue.

(Any scheduled services such as airport transportation services, passenger transportation services, etc. are not eligible for cancellations unless lines 2-4 apply).

Each driver has the choice to decline service (only at the approval/discretion of the owner of 1st Class Delivery) if client arrives 15-30 minutes late or is rude, belligerent, etc. $10 will be charged extra for each 15-minute segment of lateness.
Pets are accepted, additionally clients are responsible for any messes they, their loved ones, or their pets make in the vehicle and if the driver’s vehicle sustains damage to the interior due to the client bringing a pet there will be a $150 cleaning fee charged to the client for cleaning related costs in the event this arises.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any reason.

Payment is to be made at the time of service *unless it is a scheduled/in advance trip* which must be made upfront, with a credit or debit card, and card used must be kept on file with 1st Class Delivery’s Square Dashboard. Payment can be cash or credit card for all other services/trips not in advance or scheduled. Our rates are based on trip (miles & drivetime), and service being used.
